Our staffy is so damm skinny he has lost so much weight that I can fit my fist in his collar now. They only fed them once a day. Our dogs are super active and they did not provide enough food. When we called they told us that they had noticed that our staffy had lost weight and he was meant to go on dinners but it didn't happen. We picked
them up and they are so sick. They present so larthagic thay they just flop. The vet today said that the staffy is on the end of kennel cough that means he had it whilst in their care which they deny. Our heeler had to have an anti inflammatory injection and they are both on antibiotics. I am so upset Our dogs are so sick. There is clearly NO duty of care. Please do not send your dogs here. both dogs were so hungry and thirsty when we got them home and the trip home is only 9 minutes

There's an urgency to get you out of there. They can't wait to get you out post recovery into the waiting room. As soon as you open your eyes, they feed you with scraps, then into the discharge waiting room..I hadn't eaten for nearly 40 hours and was starving. I got one round of sandwichs and a choice of a drink.I felt obligated to hurry up. I ended up with a large bruise around the cannula site
, as I didn't have time to apply enough pressure. Meagre food post procedure.
They said they'd call post procedure but they never did.
BTW the place was practically empty so why the rush.
Definitely won't be going there again. I'll return to the epworth for my annual procedure

My grandfather came into the market looking for some fish since the nearest market was this one. He was genuinely impressed by the quality of the fish laid out in front of him, as they all showed the signs of a healthy, fresh catch (with the eyes being puffed up, shining etc). Keep in mind my grandfather has been picking fish for about 50 years and knows which is the fresh bunch and which is not, so he was clearly, very joyful and impressed to see the quality
of them, as he had (quote on quote) "never seen anything like them".
My grandfather chose a healthy looking Kingfish and the man serving us walked all the way to the back where there was a long table where no one could see what was being packed, and got another Kingfish that wasn't the same as what my grandfather had chosen. When my grandfather took it, paid for it and came home to eat it, we opened it and noticed that the fish WAS NOT fresh at all, as if it had been in a freezer for weeks on end. We decided to cook it nonetheless, and whilst chopping it into fillets we noticed the meat falling off the skin already, which is a clear tell-tale sign that it was NOT fresh. Then when we inspected the eyes, which were deflated and "lifeless". Yet another sign. Another dissatisfactory sign was that when we finished eating it, we all felt nauseated. If that isn't enough proof that this market is untrustworthy, unreliable, and dishonest, then I'm not sure what is.
Needless to say, this whole situation was just disgusting and outright ridiculous as the quality of what was being sold did not meet up to our standards, and I would guess not to any other customer's standards. If you are looking for a market that sells fish and have found this review, consider yourself lucky, because this market did not satisfy us even in the slightest; and we will make sure never to step foot in this market again.
On 28/11/2019 I purchased an SJS Canopy for my BT 50 Dual Cab, from HEKTIK Automotive group. The service I received from Ray at Hektik was excellent. As for the quality of the canopy not so good. The canopy rear locking handle fell apart, just outside of the 2 year warranty. In September this year the canopy roof had what appeared to be bird droppings on it as did the dual cab. The Dual Cab paint cleaned up perfectly. The canopy lacquer on the paint was lifting and flaking off, I was unable to
rectify this as the lacquer had flaked off. Would have thought the paint would have been of a standard that it would last a bit more than four years. I would heavily caution anyone thinking of purchasing one of these canopies to think long and hard about it. The paint work appears not to be of the standard of the vehicle it was fitted to.
Similarly to the other reviewer on this page I had a really damaging experience with an autism Assessment with Dr Amorous. I have also chosen to remain anonymous as I don't feel emotionally safe enough to reveal my name. I would not recommend undergoing assessment with her if you are a self-identified, high masking individual or if you even mildly suspect that you might be neurodivergent. Right from the start there was a felt sense that I did not have permission to use any terminology or language
used by the Autism community, despite stating that it was the first time in my life that I'd found language to accurately describe my internal experiences. I was also warned a number of times that it was likely I wouldn't get the answers I wanted.
Dr Amorous does not use any clinical tools for assessing autism - rather she uses personality assessments and executive functioning assessments.
I was told I would absolutely get a differential diagnosis if I was found not to be autistic however, in the end it was only reported that I had traits of a personality disorder. This was after I was verbally told that my diagnosis was a personality disorder in the last 5 minutes of my final session and given no follow up resources or support to understand that diagnosis. I believe that Dr Amorous has a bias based on her previous experience working with personality disorders.
Dr Amorous's understanding of the DSM criteria for Autism is very rigid and stereotyped and she was very suspicious when I raised the topic of masking. I chose her because of her claims that she was a late diagnosed neurodivergent woman, however in the end I felt gatekept and unable to discuss the nuances of the diagnostic criteria.
I felt uncomfortable the entire time, I felt misrepresented and misunderstood and I am absolutely positive that I was misdiagnosed (or not diagnosed as it were). Do not recommend.

Had haemorrhoid surgery with Dr Smart late April 2023. He told me healing would take 6-8 weeks however that wasn't the case. I emailed him suggesting I had an anal fissure from surgery but he failed to respond. After 16 weeks I'm left still bleeding after bowel movements and yes, an anal fissure. I believe he removed too much skin and now it's too tight - and keeps tearing. Had an iron infusion for anaemia. Even after 2 emails
- no reply from him. Be warned - he leaves you with open red wounds after a haemorrhoidectomy. Search "granulation tissue wounds". Never told me he doesn't stitch you up afterwards. Very unprofessional attitude after my surgery was botched.
Rodney is not good. He doesn’t do anything other than use passive treatment to take up time like heat pack, tens machine and then leaves you there. In meantime he’ll go off see other patients or do something on computer. Many times he left me in the in the room by myself half naked in winter for a while. Poor communication. He doesn’t explain things properly or can be rude. He tells me he’s extremely busy and that’s why, but I never had that with other physios.

Worst clinic ever. I don't know who is putting these reviews but this clinic has been going downhill for over a decade. Good doctors join and leave very fast. And that's not to say the doctors there are all bad. The clinic itself is the biggest problem. Useless administration staff, zero follow through on promise, prescriptions not sent to chemist or to the wrong chemist. I left a long time ago but it is unfortunate for people like my mother, who have multiple issues, require a GP appointment approximately
every fortnight and find it difficult to switch clinics. They will tell you they are too busy to see you (weeks in advance), even if you request to see any doctor. While I can give you horrific stories of what this clinic has done in its treatment of its patients, I would much prefer to say, don't go there. Don't waste your time. Maybe if people stop going the doctors will do something about the horrible management of this clinic.

The real nightmare after locked in a contract with Soho living, we already paid over $25000 (cost variation charge by SoHo living plus legal fee consults a property lawyer) to learn an expensive lesson even construction yet started. We signed a fixed price contract in home and land package with Soho living. After land in titled, Soho living use “builder could not have reasonably ascertained these costs from the foundation data” as reason, charged additional $18950 above original contract price
irritating, by the time when we try to negotiate with SOHO Living asking for a breakdown cost, they only given the job description with “full of mistakes answer” . based on other professional building constructor’s estimation, additional job fair amount charge should not more than $4500 as per job description below.

The additional that is being charged above is for 2000mm deep bored piers in lieu of 1300mm, captures the additional spoil removal, steel, concrete, and labour across the 21 piers required on your site. Unfortunately, we cannot release anything on behalf of our suppliers and contractors as we are bound by confidential supplier agreements of which I do not have access to, the above is a much information as I am able to provide.

On Friday 14th July 2023 I purchased a Apple iMac with Retina 4.5K Display 24-inch 8-core GPU 256GB (Silver)  for $1548.99 so I could use it to write stories, do PowerPoint Presentations and for photo and video editing as well.
they sent me a white shoe and on the website it was Grey. They wont admit their mistake and keep saying it's image lightening issue on the website. They are asking me to send it back to them for a return on my expense. Its their mistake that they have a wrong image on the website so why should I pay the return cost.

I have been getting creamy blonde foils for the past four of fives years and recently moved to Melbourne so had to find a new salon. I sent photos through text and showed photos in person of how I wanted my hair and how my hair looks when I get my hair done, which shows a very light creamy blonde. during the consultation I was asked if my root shadow could be blended a bit better
, I agreed that that was fine as long as it only affects the roots on my head and that my overall look is still a light creamy blonde. What I left with was so disappointing and I have never had my self confidence rocked so much. As it was a dark rainy day and the lighting was dim I thought that that was affecting how it looked in the mirror, but after looking at my hair the following morning in natural light I was so upset to realise it was not bad lighting and my hair it now a very mousy dark blonde/light brown. I contacted the salon extremely nicely hoping for advice, but by the responses I received I was told that I asked for ‘a low maintenance colour’ which I never once even eluded to. If you’re a blonde, please be careful visiting this salon as my blonde locks are now ruined and over $300 spent with the only solution offered was to come back in for a balayage look which again isn’t what I want at all. I recently had an unfortunate experience with a fraud transaction on 4/8/23 at Bank of Melbourne Werribee Plaza. Upon discovering the fraudulent activity, I immediately sought assistance at the bank. To my disappointment, the initial encounter with an Indian lady teller left me feeling helpless, as she directed me to call the bank and stated that the transaction was irreversible. This left me concerned about the security of my account, especially considering the additional fraudulent text messages
I was receiving.
However, my outlook changed when a staff member named Terri Agius approached me while I was seated in the bank's lounge. Her genuine concern and willingness to help were evident from the start. She took the time to guide me through the necessary steps, including blocking and cancelling the compromised card. Terri also went the extra mile by personally contacting the credit card center to prevent any further fraudulent transactions. She initiated an investigation into the pending fraud transaction, providing a glimmer of hope amidst my frustration.

One of the most rudest doctors I have ever seen. Doesn't let you explain things and only hears what he wants and then interpreted what you've said to how he wants it too be including things that weren't said. Personally discriminated and victimised me. And tried to tell me things that were making my injury worse such as lifting items wouldn't aggravate my injury. Have been sending my little puppy here for 2 years & recommended many many locals , had an incident today when I asked them not to cut my puppies lashes when grooming , picked her up and they are shaved off. Rang back 10 mins later up asking why , was told if the dog moves they have to shave them ok ( ok I thought that’s understandable) THEN the lady said “ if you don’t like it , it you can go somewhere else THEN hung up!!!!!!

If i could give zero stars i would today I spent $18 to get a 500mil of vanilla ice cream (it was delivered) I will post how it is meant to look to what I got I was so discusted in stead of 500mil I got 2 scoups of the ice cream I got ripped off big time I am fuming as its a lot of money I can go to coles and get 2 litres for $10. I was so shocked I had previously ordered ice cream from there and it was 500mil and was to the top it was enough to share for 3 people today was not enough for even 2

I asked Diam Valley Tree Services to do an urgent job, and while it wasn't an emergency, I had a time constraint. I had been let down by another contractor. They were so helpful. Managed to fit us in really promptly. They were easy to deal with and I would not hesitate to call them in again (which I will be doing soon, as there is more work to be done). The price was fair and they did what they promised to do. Very happy indeed.

Absolutely pathetic company. Promises 2-5 day delivery but to date has been 41 days and still not even a tracking number supplied. Continually blame staff and couriers. Said that the item was ready for dispatch after 21 days but then received another message 18 days later to say the item was ready for dispatch. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY CONTINUALLY LIE!!!!!! A Disastrous Experience with Snooze Dandenong: Beware of Wasted Money and Frustration!
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Snooze Dandenong that has left me frustrated and regretful for choosing their services. I purchased a bed frame and opted to pay extra for both delivery and installation, expecting a hassle-free process, but unfortunately, it turned into a complete nightmare.
The delivery team made an effort to move the bed frame upstairs, but they encountered a major
problem with the headboard, which was too large to fit through the tight and narrow staircase. While I understand that certain logistical challenges can arise during deliveries, what followed was an infuriating display of customer service incompetence.
Upon contacting the store to explain the situation, I hoped for a swift resolution, but the manager's response was nothing short of disheartening. He stated that he would try contacting the supplier to inquire about a return and refund, but there was no guarantee of success. Moreover, the store refused to keep the bed frame if the supplier declined the return, claiming they didn't have floor space. This lack of accountability and ownership for the problem was appalling.
Eventually, after further discussions with the supplier, the manager informed me that the bed frame could not be returned, leaving me with a $2000 piece of furniture that I could not use in my house due to the inability to move it upstairs.
To add insult to injury, when I suggested arranging delivery to another house within the same area, less than 1km away, the store delivery team charged an additional $150 for this service. It felt like they were eager to capitalize on my misfortune rather than showing any empathy or understanding.
My overall experience with Snooze Dandenong has been nothing short of a disaster. The lack of coordination between the delivery team and the store, coupled with poor customer service and a refusal to take responsibility for their mistakes, left me with a hefty bill and a useless bed frame. I urge anyone considering purchasing from Snooze Dandenong to think twice and avoid the risk of wasting their hard-earned money and enduring a tremendous amount of frustration. This company's inability to provide a satisfactory resolution for a mistake on their part is simply unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for your bedding needs.
Paul took $5k deposit 2 years ago & promised a sauna built in 2 months. 2 years later still no sauna. I have some tiles without grout & an unattached bare metal frame. Repeated phone calls & messages just resulted in many excuses. No results. No response from requests for refunds. Make your own decision about this company.
I 100% recommend avoiding this trash business. Their policy of paying *when you make the booking* is ridiculous, and cancelling within 2 days (even for a valid reason of my wife being in labor) loses your *full* payment amount.
Their reception staff (as another reviewer said) are also terrible, rude, blunt, and completely unhelpful.
There are many other MUCH better psychology clinics, that don't have these insane policies, I'd recommend searching around.
On the two occasions we visited the Elsternwick store we brought in our laptop for what we thought would be a major fix. The first time Daniel was able to have a quick look and found a simple solution, and sent us on our way -- no charge.
The second time, we thought we may need a new motherboard. This time it was George who had a look, got it working properly, and once again, no charge. On both of these occasions ( when we could have been convinced that a major fix might be needed and we would
have to pay typical repair costs) they first tried to help achieve a fix immediately. These guys will get all our business from now on. We will happily recommend them to all our friends and anyone who needs tech services.
This is a warning to all landlords.. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.. I took up a rental and once I was handed over the keys we found the property not livable.. these were major issues which were not completed which can be verifyed by the attachments and we decided to pull out and move on, and now they are refusing my bond and holding that as hostage. The matter is now taken to VCAT. I run several companies and this is by far the Worst experience I have had. Stay far from them!!

I was not aware of the change to the 'early bird' process. Now only available by the online booking as appose to previous criteria of arriving before 10am, obtain a ticket from the machine as you enter, park above level 5 and exiting after 3 or 3:30pm. Came time to departing at 5:30 and $76 charge was a shock... Explained it was my first time parking for some time and didn't realise. The staff on the intercom said changes came in February and i should have read the board when i entered as early
bird parking is only booked online now so pay $76!
Surely the car registration comes up on their database and they could see how many months it had been when i last entered.
Yes i could have stopped for a couple of minutes and read the fine print on the board but when you have cars coming in behind you and you're not aware you need to read the board for such a significant change, they could have charged me the early bird rate as a once off and informed me of the changes for next time.

Ali came out to fix my dishwasher. He replaced hose with a generic one and fill was very noisy but dishwasher was working. As soon as I swiped my credit card for $240 it stopped working. He said he would be back as soon as he got the correct hose. 7 days later I called him and he was still waiting on parts although I had inquired with suppliers and was told local pickup or 3 days max for delivery.hmm
2,3 and 4 weeks went by still waiting on parts was his excuse. I have now given up.. this man
is dishonest and is only out for a quick pay. Does not care about customers unless it is quick easy money

I dropped off a blower and whipper snipper on 5/5/23 was told 2-3 weeks for repairs/service.
I called on 21/6/23 and he didn’t know where my equipment was and asked if he could have a look and call back. He didn’t call back.
I went to shop next day and went with him to his back room where i found my equipment had not even begun to be repaired.
The only saving grace was that my equipment wasn’t missing.

Bought a honda from this place in 2023 via a "trusted friend" referral. Didnt check PPSR at the time as I thought was trustworthy and whatever buying from a dealer will have clean title. Six months later when the car became a repairable writeoff after an accident the insurance assessors told me the car had a pre-existing major crash and was badly repaired, also to make it worse the car had security interest on it so title was not clean. I HAD NOT BEEN TOLD ANY OF THESE WHEN BOUGHT from this place
, and clearly I overpaid for it by a large margin. It was a nightmare with insurance and salvage. I'm highly disappointed and felt deceived. I understand the business deals with accident cars and put them on sale after repair and revamp, however they need to properly disclose the history and problems.

I had been holding out for the perfect chest of drawers for my room, and after months of looking I found the perfect piece at Tulip Antiques. I bought an early Victorian, c.1850s, chest of drawers. We have two beautiful grand-children who live on the Gold Coast.In the last few months I asked Kosnars' to do a montage of their photos in a frame and also included photos of their Nana and Aunty. I had a very bad experience working with El Painting, the amount of time they took to finish the job and while they were rushing for the deadline, the work was a total mess.
Had to hire other professional painters to fix the job. Got me an extra headache.
So think carefully and choose professional contractors even if it takes a little bit more money.
Highly recommend this store - helpful staff with lots of knowledge.
They give you correct information unlike most of the other businesses.

The service in this place was good - quick, efficient, caring and friendly. What disappointed us was the menu prices for what we received on the table. We paid $30.50 for a relatively small bowl of half warm spaghetti bolognese. There was nothing special about the meal and we suspect the spaghetti was packet variety not freshly made. Same goes for the Penne Pesto and Gnocchi bologenes at $31.50 each a bowl we think they were overpriced for what we received - nothing special and we make just as
good or better at home. We think if Tiamo is going to charge over $30 for a bowl of pasta they need to raise the bar and deliver a better dining experience.
Dr Chin is the kindest, nicest doctor I have ever met. I took my 90 year old mother to see him. Not only did he make her feel comfortable but he really listened to her and was genuinely interested in finding solutions for her issues. Highly recommend.
I am an owner at an apartment building whose OC is Dixon Kestles. Stay clear of CAB Plumbing. They have charged $1276 to diagnose one tiny hole in the side caulking of a bath and not even fix it! The first visit cost 24 August 2022 was $440 and this was to wrongly diagnose. I was then not allowed to use that bath / shower for 2 months until the eventually returned to fix it, and then the plumber realised his huge error in his first diagnosis and found the caulking hole – this 2nd visit 21 Oct 2022
was a further $836 – A total of $1276 to locate one (fairly obvious as it turned out) little hole. The invoice says “Replace the trap fix seal on the outlet – this is total rubbish – they fixed zero”. When the plumber left absolutely nothing was fixed at all. I had to arrange for the repair. To make matters worse The CAB Plumber spent 50% of his time having a second look at the leaking balcony upstairs whilst here on the 21st October but I have been charged for that time as well – whereas that should go to the owners of the balcony.
Re the balcony mentioned above, CAB Plumbing had to come twice to diagnose this leaking balcony even though it was very obvious from the damage in the apartment underneath that the balcony was very much indeed leaking. For these balcony diagnosing visits CAB charged a further $575 – again no repairs.
This company is truly shameful – do not think of using them.
Re Dixon Kestles they authorised payment of the bills from the Owners Corp fund. I was waiting for the invoices and discovered that Dixon Kestles had paid from OC funds what were on title issues that go to individual owners never to an OC. After my contacting Dixon Kestles they have correctly now recharged onto me. There should have been no authorisation by the OC, Dixon Kestles as these were (once diagnosed correctly) on title issues. Moreover, the reports should have been read and I should have been contacted and given the option to query the charges. I am getting no support from the OC Dixon Kestles questioning these invoices. The best I can do is to put up reviews that say avoid CAB Plumbing Company. I think their plumbing skills are, by looking at other reviews, about as good as their driving skills.
agree with Jasmyn - Terrible, awful, rude abrupt customer service from ?Manager Alfred. Surly -hated me asking for help. I am old, a pensioner, with cancer history, but OH NO, Alfred just hates people, He took my phone which had a small but frustrating problem as it needed adjusting, made some quick changes and WoULD NOT TELL me what he had done. I need to tell my family the reason why I could not use Google or FB and Alfred just WOULD not discuss. Eventually his assistant who had better
manner and a smile, explained that due to me being overseas and phone being in FLight Mode, both those options had been closed off. Alfred needs to hang up his coat, leave working with the public and maybe volunteer to work in a morgue where he can't offend anyone (possibly the poor bereaved families). Should not be iin business in Sunbury Square. Made my return to Australlia after friendly South Africa unpleasant. First day back, and this!!
