Dr Sangeetha Makielan practice is a disgrace as she is only concerned with the pursuit of money. She charges $525 for 45 min in which she was 10 min late to my daughters first appointment. When I raised the lateness she denied it claiming that she had seen my daughter for 49 min. Then during her first visit she made my daughter fill out questionnaires rather than communicating with my daughter. I then cancelled the next appointment as I felt she was not a psychiatrist who was interested in helping
her patients only to receive a $265 late notice bill.
Allan and staff deserve a 10 star rating. They always give exceptional service and Allan has given me great health advice. They were recommended to me by a friend who now I am very grateful for. Not only is the service great, I have saved a lot of money on scripts and other medications. Every cent counts in these times and I’m just so grateful
This veterinary hospital charges exorbitant fees and does not know what is happening with your pet. I get it, its a teaching vet hospital, however several different vets provide various diagnosis with no factual evidence of what is wrong with your pet. Vets provide consult without even reading your pets file, or educating themselves with what is actually happening then attempt to provide you with answers only to send you away more worried than when you first attended.
Medication was administered
for pain relief only, to our pet while she had a lot of blood in her feces which indicates an infection, (no antibiotics administered). She was sent home after two nights, no better and still none the wiser as to what was wrong. The dog became a lot worse, we took her back, still no assistance and sent home again. Took the dog to another vet, antibiotics administered and within 24 hours, a different dog.
Attempted to speak with Dr Antony Karolis who sent an extensive email avoiding the real issue. When speaking to him, he was arrogant and dismissive only for a heated argument to ensue with him encouraging a physical confrontation.
If you want your pet cared for, do not go here as your pet may be treated for something they don't have or not treated at all.
If you are anticipating any level of after sales care and communication DO NOT purchase a car from Illawarra Toyota. Their customer service approach is to take your money and run. Three weeks ago my daughter purchased a used car from Illawarra Toyota Wollongong. At the time we first looked at the car and negotiated an agreed sale price with Warren (a salesman there), no advice whatsoever was provided regarding the fact that only one key was available and that they couldn’t locate the second
key. It was advice that should have been provided at that point in order to negotiate a reasonable outcome ie a reduction in the sale price in recognition that purchasing a second key costs hundreds of dollars, or that Illawarra Toyota organize a second key to be available when my daughter collected the car later in the week. Instead, Warren divulged this information at the time my 21 year old daughter arrived alone to pick up the car, having now paid for it. As a young person who has just spent most of her life savings on purchasing a car, a further and immediate need to outlay hundreds of dollars more to obtain a second key should not be an outcome endorsed by Illawarra Toyota. I have tried repeatedly the past three weeks to resolve this, through multiple phone calls, utilizing the chat option on the website and emailing, all to no avail. Warren is clearly the epitome of a used car salesman. On my final attempt to speak with him, his sidekick Sam (whose phone manner indicates he is being mentored by Warren to give absolutely no toss whatsoever once a sale is finalized) advised that Warren was there then, after taking my name, I clearly heard Warren say “I’m not here”, after which Sam bluntly let me know it’s not a legal requirement to provide a second key. I was already aware of that but thanks heaps Sam and Warren. What a superb team effort at atrocious customer service. From an ethical perspective I anticipated a large profit making enterprise to show some consideration and empathy towards my daughter and not require her to pick up the bill for a second key. Clearly ethical customer service is not a requirement of employees at Illawarra Toyota. I will now certainly be alerting the many young people I know and their parents, that Illawarra Toyota should be absolutely avoided when considering the purchase of a car. While I’m no influencer, I hope this review will cost Illawarra Toyota considerably more than the cost of caring enough to simply provide a second key for my daughter’s car.
One star for the delivery service, it's fast. But the quality I got is fradgile after replaced the iPad Pro 10.5 LCD Black A1709, it got broken in 2 days... Paid a total of $240 and only last for 2 days... The customer service stated its a physical damage, not a poor quality screen. Really not worth the money.
Mark Heinrich from Alto VW Blacktown is an abhorrent and dishonest sales person. He cancelled my order for a new car due to my insurance company taking too long to send funds and he refused to refund my $2,000.00 deposit even though he already had another buyer and sold my car to them.

The most disappointing, expensive and waste of time experience I have had with a doctor.
Let me preface this by saying that I am happy to spend money on tests that come back negative, doctors appointments where I am referred due to lack of knowledge etc
But to have my concerns and symptoms disregarded in this was was insulting and demeaning.
I attended my appointment with a full list of my symptoms AND potential auto immune diseases that all or most of my symptoms met the criteria for.
Narainraj Kamalarajonly proceeded to split them all up and provide symptomatic treatment suggestions individually.
I was told there was no way it would be an autoimmune condition. It is muscular skeletal, sometimes we are just built poorly and I would just need to learn to live with the pain. Some treatments such as physio may help.
A few weeks later and I have convinced by GP (Who was hesitant because it is the job of a specialist) to do a basal tryptase serum level test and the results are 2-3x higher than the "high" level.
During that time a family member has received genetic test results for a heredity auto immunine condition...
One of the ones on my list of possibles....
So much for "It can't be an auto immune condition"
At this point it is almost guaranteed to be an auto immune condition, and it fact one from the list I had researched and provided.
And the icing on the cake?
The main recommendation to manage my pain and fatigue was long term use of Ibuprofen to manage pain, a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug that has been shown to commonly cause liver and kidney damage from long term use.
This was an absolutely horrible experience and I would not suggest go here based on my experience. Maybe it is better if you already have a diagnosis, or you have a common condition but not if its rare. Dr Narainraj Kamalaraj was not interested in looking into my symptoms or concerns at all.
Waste of money, time, mental health, time off work.... the list goes on.

HORRIBLE - DO NOT USE:
Had a bond clean for $500, plus a further $50 for patio clean (3m2), including windows to only the lower part of the property, plus $100 for fence cleaning. Had to pay an extra $250 for wall cleaning, which was not part of the original quote - love a hidden surprise.
Today, had the property manager attend and identified that all downstairs (external of the property) had not been cleaned, skirting boards not cleaned, fans not cleaned, garage not cleaned, plus many other
areas not cleaned, such as windows, skirting boards, and dirt all over the floor. Carpet cleaning was also included and paid, however not completed.
Upon the text message advising they had completed, they kindly noted that they were not leaving the property or locking it until payment of the remainder $300 was issued. Albeit paying $600 already to them prior to attending, they made a hostile and threatening, as if I did them wrong. I approached them advising that I felt like message was hostile and threatening, and unsure what I did wrong to them to receive such poor conduct of professionalism, and they didn't even have the courtesy to respond.
I would not recommend using their services. Extremely poor communication (only great when we're talking about transferring money), rude and abrupt, his wife is full of attitude, the works are not completed, and even the checklist that was left and ticked, had not been ticked for the external section of the property. Extremely unprofessional and does not complete the works as quoted. Please save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

To get the job and achieve trust from customer, The shop owner was happy to say yes to all requests of the customer at first time, hiding negative things to trap customer buying his product and installation but when client complain, he is playing time game, doing smart to avoid his warranty, asking customer pay more to fix faulty products. His laminate installer inspected my house and stated our house is eligible for all conditions

Lovely addition to my home. I ordered a bookshelf, which was handmade from reclaimed wood, and two little coffee tables with lovely engravings on top. It took a long time to arrive, but everything turned out in perfect condition. They look absolutely lovely. The people I communicated with were polite and professional.

Shocking! coat was sent away to be dry-cleaned by them to Belmore somewhere. Coat came back burnt, with a hole that went straight through to the other side of the cashmere/wool and no responsibility. They even got their lawyer daughter to phone me which I found intimidating. I lost my expensive coat and my money! No apology and they didn’t speak English when I complained they spoke another language so I didn’t understand what they were saying! Very rude!

They never listened to me and what i wanted! I wanted a light electric blue but instead they turned my hair grey! They forgot to put the colour in, and I ended up staying in the salon for over 5 hours! They put a toner in as well which you are not supposed to do when colouring hair!
I had to go to someone else to fix it, and they were shocked how much Hoons damaged my hair!!
Hoons also charged me $500 for one bleach and a toner/colour!

At age 52, after drinking pretty much all of my life, I decided to stop and give up this addiction forever. I could not do this on my own and sought Tim's help. Best thing I have ever done, as one session with Tim and I have been sober for 3 months now. I have absolutely zero desire to drink and as a bonus, I have lost 6 kilos. I also have Prolonged Grief Syndrome, which I'm overcoming with the help of Tim. This one is a much longer process, however, with every session I notice a huge improvement

This review is to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the services provided by Dr.Devine and IVFA during our experience.
The treatment we received left us feeling like mere numbers rather than individuals seeking care and support and our limited encounters with Dr. Devine left us feeling disconnected and undervalued as patients.
As the partner involved in this process, I felt marginalised and treated as a sideline person rather than the future father of a child.
oversight of our repeated requests of me being the point of contact for all cycles, left my partner severely stressed and me questioning the effectiveness of the communication protocols and the attention given to patient and his wellbeing.
Even our counsellor was surprised that our nurse failed to advise my partner about some significant side effects of certain medications which caused her severe depressions.
Furthermore, we specifically requested to conduct all necessary tests before initiating stimulation therapy. However, after 4 failed cycles and changing doctors, we discovered that the symptoms of my partner pointed towards severe endometriosis which can affect egg development and embryo implantation. This was one of the first questions the new doctor asked us after looking at my partner’s symptoms and listening to her complaints about painful periods. My partner had consistently complained about these and other symptoms to Dr. Devine but the treatment had never been suggested nor were we informed of this possible condition and the implications.
The handling of the medication was a big disappointment as well. We are foreigners and had to pay everything ourself and despite us explaining repeatedly our situation to the nurses, and requesting to get only the necessary medication on a weekly basis to avoid being stuck with hundreds of dollars worth of medication which we wont use at the end I was asked rather annoyed on the phone if the nurse should calculate the medication. Well, YES!? Furthermore, we were forced to make multiple trips to the pharmacy due to the clinic's failure to order medication in a timely manner.
We have done 4 IVF cycles and the best outcome was only 1 embryo with mosaic syndrome. Despite Dr. Devine claiming we have a beautiful embryo, we are struggling to get any information for our new doctor and found out, that our embryo is not at all beautiful.
It took multiple attempts for us to receive all the necessary data for our new doctor from IVFA, and yet, we still find ourselves lacking crucial information.
Having to watch my partner being stressed by the bad or non-existent communication, lack of support with counselling, getting her or our requests ignored and receiving phone calls about updates at work and expecting her to just function normally - all this is still heartbreaking for me. I do not believe that the nurse and Dr Devine had an understanding of how bad the experience was and what their negligence in respecting the wishes of their patient had caused. We did not have unrealistic expectations and certainly did not expect Dr Devine to create wonders and have a magic wand. We do understand that the chances are slim, that there are various factors involved, and that sometimes it simply doesn't work. But we expected a superb level of service, attention to detail and special focus on the needs to the patient who struggles to conceive and fears that the most important thing in her life might not work out. This is IVFA's, the doctors and nurses everyday work, and they should certainly have enough experience to provide a better service than the one we had to experience.
After 4 failed cycles, the endless stress, worries, and the depletion of all our savings, we feel like an entire year of the chance of pregnancy has been stolen from us. It's not just about the money but also the reduced chances of conceiving due to this poorly managed and wasted year of treatment. The constant and avoidable stress caused by extremely poor internal and external communication leaves us deeply angered. As patients, we put our trust in our doctor and their team to know what's best for us, but we often found ourselves questioning their competence. It's only now, with a different care provider and a new doctor, that we have discovered how different and more relaxed the experience can be. We finally feel like we are in better hands, receiving effective communication and proper follow-up from both the nurses and the doctor.

She doesn’t seem like she’ll be the right sort of person for everyone and especially if she’s putting the blame on the patients for her own failures to organise Telehealth appointments via zoom/phone calls
First impressions were good, nice looking shop frontage Went into the premises and the smell was very nice and pleasant within the building. the Ladies that were on duty at the time, were very friendly and caring. Nice and warm inside and felt very comfortable. I had a 45-minute session. I had back ache and sore down my right leg the girls worked on my back for 35 minutes then 10 minutes on my leg. I was amazed how good felt after an hour of leaving the premises. It was so good I am now a regular
visitor. All the ladies there are friendly and know their job. I am always happy to go to this business.

I believe he lied to the hospital to keep his statistics low. As they reported an excessive hospital wait time on his operating list. 22 months I’ve
suffered with my condition now unbearable. For nothing!!! When I could have gone to a more reputable Doctor with great reviews. Dr Lee was recommended by my urologist here in Wollongong. After reading his negative reviews I mistakenly still choose to see him. On that visit he was very late. He was rude condescending unsympathetic to a woman’s needs. I was very uncomfortable. I decided I’d go with my Wollongong Urologist recommendation. BIG MISTAKE. Dr Dominic Lee your treatment of me is a disgrace.!!

Do NOT stay here if you want to live! As me and my friends entered the lodge we were excited for our stay, until smacked in the face with the stench from our room, it had smelt as if a rodent had died in there. If that’s not bad well… our sheets and mattress contained blood stains and other stains which I gagged at seeing, our towels also had yellow stains all over them. The showers were so bad, it had smelt in there and they were small, not only that but no hot water. The food was average but definitely
not the best. I did not get my moneys worth, AT ALL. I never imagined a place could be this bad. After leaving this place, I immediately had to wash EvErYtHiNG. One of my friends woke up with bites on her arms (probably from bed bugs) and one friend had bloodshot eyes (probably from the unsanitary environment). Dead and alive bugs roamed everywhere. Bye now, I’m going to die in a hole from this experience…

BEWARE: I visited this establishment in April and it was the worst decision I have made in my adult life.
I was coerced into signing a loan agreement with their external financer Humm for around $5000 by Deanna, one of the consultants there. I was told that I was signing an eligibility assessment form to assess my eligibility to take out a loan for a treatment pathway that cost $6000. I was not told that this was an irreversible process as I had paid a $99 consultation fee for some skin imaging
photographs and an appointment was made for me the following day to come in and sign the loan agreement and to make a deposit to sign the contract as my eligibility had been approved. When I called them the next day to tell them I no longer wanted to proceed, they explained that I had already signed the contract and that it was an irreversible process.
I explained to the receptionist that I would like to speak to someone because that was not what I had been told in my appointment. I was in shock and in tears and she attempted to turn the situation around on me to say that I was being rude and abusive? I had been lied to. No documentation had been requested, no bank statements, no payslips, no credit checks. None of the usual documentation was required as is when undertaking a loan application process. I was also told by the consultant to amend my employment status in order to increase my chances of eligibility.
The receptionist on the phone was very impolite, she could not answer any of my questions and was very unhelpful. When I asked to speak to a manager or someone that could help me because she couldn’t; she turned the situation around on me to make it seem like I was being rude and aggressive while being in tears on the phone.
I have since spoken to friends about both Humm (the external financer) and Sydney Dermal Lounge who have had similar experiences. I have had friends and acquaintances from within the skin care industry, after I have spoken to them about this situation, tell me that they have visited or have friends that have visited Sydney Dermal Lounge and paid for these treatment plans with little to no results but paid huge amounts of money for their treatments. Sydney Dermal Lounge attempted to resolve this issue by giving me credit for skin care products, for $5000? Or to sell the loan that I was unwittingly forced to sign for. They did offer a discounted treatment plan for just under $5000. But the fact of the matter is I was coerced and hoodwinked into signing a loan agreement under the guise of an eligibility form. Their entire business model based on deception and deceit and I don’t want to give them a cent of my money, meanwhile they maintain that I knew what I was signing up for all along. They refuse to accept responsibility.
I now have to go through Fair-Trading and the Australian Financial Complaints Authority to try and resolve this issue, however, I have a feeling that this will end up in court, which would be a much better use of my finances. If you are reading through these reviews to see whether you should visit this establishment, DON’T DO IT. But if you do, at least you know what you’re signing up for.
I signed up for a 6-month fitness program with High Performance Mums. Due to unforeseen health issues, I had to cancel my participation and was graciously approved by my coach for the same. However, my experience with their payment handling and customer service has been nothing short of abysmal.
Despite facing technical difficulties with their payment platform, OpenPay, I was still held liable to pay the remaining balance. After much discussion, the company agreed to transfer this remaining amount
back to my account on 23.02.23. Regrettably, months have passed and I'm yet to see a penny of that money in my account.
Numerous attempts to follow up on this issue have been met with radio silence from the company. In the face of such lackadaisical behavior, I had no choice but to lodge a complaint with Fair Trading.
True to their word, Fair Trading got in touch with the company, who subsequently reached out to me. However, that was the last I heard from them, with no further communication or resolution to my problem.
I honored my part of the agreement and finalized the payments to OpenPay. However, High Performance Mums has yet to reimburse me, blatantly reneging on our agreement. I'm extremely disappointed with their unprofessional and irresponsible handling of the situation.
It's a complete letdown, especially since this was supposed to be a service promoting health and positivity for mothers. Instead, it has been an additional source of stress and financial burden. I highly advise potential customers to think twice before engaging with High Performance Mums and save themselves from the hassle and poor service I've experienced.
Disappointing Experience with Inaccessible Solicitors for Conveyancing
Recently, I had the unfortunate experience of working with a solicitor for my conveyancing needs who left me incredibly frustrated and disappointed. From the very beginning, it became evident that their communication skills were severely lacking, as they consistently refused to take my calls and conveniently ignored my emails and text messages.
Communication is a vital aspect of any professional relationship, particularly
when it involves legal matters. Unfortunately, this solicitor “Ehman Bhatia” seemed to overlook this fundamental requirement. Their unresponsiveness made it exceedingly difficult for me to obtain updates or seek clarification on important matters pertaining to my case.
The lack of accessibility left me feeling helpless and uncertain throughout the conveyancing process. I understand that solicitors have busy schedules, but it is their responsibility to maintain effective lines of communication with their clients. Regrettably, this solicitor failed to fulfill this basic obligation, causing unnecessary stress and anxiety.
Furthermore, their unwillingness to address my concerns and provide timely responses hindered the progress of my case. I was left in the dark, unsure of the status of my conveyancing and the necessary steps I needed to take. This lack of transparency and accountability only added to my growing dissatisfaction with their services.
As a result of this experience, I would strongly advise against engaging the services of this particular solicitor for conveyancing matters. Their unprofessional behavior and lack of communication severely impacted my overall experience, making an already complex process even more arduous.
In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed by the solicitor's unresponsiveness and overall lack of communication during my conveyancing process. His disregard for client concerns and inability to maintain regular contact marred what should have been a smooth and efficient experience. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others seeking conveyancing services and encourages solicitors to prioritize effective communication with their clients.

Yagoona West Post Office has made our life harder in an already devastating situation. My husband had a stroke and still in Bankstown rehab at the moment. I am also caring my elderly parents at Eastwood a few days a week. To help my husband's stay in the hospital more comfortable we have ordered a few items online for him. We live at the Hume Highway end of Little Road in Yagoona, and are actually closer to Yagoona Post office. Since I don't drive, if a parcel is taken to Yagoona West, I have to
get a taxi to be able to get there. With my husband in hospital, we have lost a major source of income. I am also managing the family business by myself and rushing between office, hospital, my parents and home all the time. It is hard to find time at all. It happened a few times before when the parcel was sent to Yagoona West, we tried to organize a transfer to Yagoona Post office, after 3-4 tries it was never successful, then the items would be sent back to the sender. In the recent delivery we even answered Yes to a text message to allow the postman to leave the item at our door (it is very secure at our front verandah), but the item was taken to Yagoona West Post Office again. Life is really hard at moment. Most times I feel that I was pushed under water and can't breath. If anyone who had to experience life tragedies like this you probably would understand. At the moment I feel that I am under so much weight in life, this could be the last thing that push me deep under water and I won't be able to come up again .........

I catch the 925 bus 8.02am from Lancelot St Condell Park to Centro Bankstown. On the morning of 14/06/23 same bus, but whole different experience form normal. Everyday I get on the bus and say 'good morning' to the drivers and very, very rarely in the last 12 months have I been acknowledged.
However, the driver on this particular day actually answered me with a 'good morning' and a smile and when I got off the bus a 'have a good day'! Just that acknowledgement made the start of my day an enjoyable
one. I think all your drivers need a lesson from this driver. Unfortunately I don't know his name but I am sure you can work out who it was. Also, he wasn't afraid of asking the young ones to give up their seats for older people, or to move them down the back because they all stand at the front.
Actually, it's called 'courtesy' and manners!
My experience with Service NSW Burwood was particularly good thanks to Rosanna who is at the service desk to triage and give ticket numbers. I had quite a challenging time with the application for NDIS due to information conflict between Service NSW and DOF. Rosanna persisted with me and help me find solutions to complete the application. I noticed that she not only helped me but was helpful to a number of elderly people with their form filling and just guiding people along. I can honestly say this

The Rudest Person I have Ever dealt with. Went to the shop at st marys last week and spoke to an old guy. He had no idea what he was talking about. Told me he couldnt help me before i even finished explaining what i needed. Rang Enzed who sent a guy out. took an hour but was well worth the wait. Had the Digger up and running in 30 minutes. Ok to deal with, but can not be fully trusted. Was told my car was a good one and having dealt with them before, I thought they would look after me.
Car was delivered to me all sparkling and clean, but in the few months I have had the car, had problems with oil and coolant leaks, power steering and had to have the auto transmission replaced.
I tried to contact Terry and discuss these problems with him, however he has not returned my phone call nor answered my email, why is he avoiding me
, were they aware it wasn't a good car and just wanted to off load it onto me. VERY disappointed.

As a new resident in the area with 3 cars, I needed to find someone that was reliable and honest. After trying 3 other mechanical service centres, this place will do me fine and I intend to have all my cars serviced here. Found the staff friendly and easy to work with. Service provided was great and will recommend to others.
I went on Tuesday 9th May 2023 with fine weather and few customers at 2:30pm. The Manager who quoted me was very accommodating and polite guiding me on the difference between $99 full interior and wash n wax and $199 - all of that plus the paint buff and headlight buff.
I decided to do the full package with the buff as my little Toyota Echo 2005 was looking a bit tired. The headlights a bit yellow and lack lustre paintwork.
I was amazed at the finished car. It looked like a new car in
presentation both inside and out - like you would see in a car yard. My interior is in pretty good condition but the way they cleaned the carpets and my rubber floor tray mats in the front. I had bits of dry snack food crumbs which had got under my seat and down crevices etc - all gone!
Just had to dry up a bit if extra moisture off the carpets with a towel they loaned.
The carpets were shampooed the paintwork was buffed smooth and glossy. Everything shiny and very smart!!!
The team were very helpful - offering to reload my car with all my stuff I had removed but I declined - wanting to put it where I wanted. It took about 2-2.5hours; a full detail.
I think to do it once a year is worth it!

Passionate hard working team at Taren Point. I was recommended them by a good Smash Repair business who uses them regularly.
Also - their waiting room is very comfortable. Air conditioned or heated. Two cushy lounge chairs for the lucky ones. Clean toilets and a cafe seating atmosphere with a great FREE self serve coffee bar - unlimited coffee or tea of your choice including Mocha and Hot Chocolate.
Take a paper or watch your favourites on your smart phone if waiting on site.

Terribly made low quality dog beds for a ridiculous price.
TLDR: Don't waste your money, there are cheaper beds that are the same quality or better at any City Farmer, Pet City, Petstock, etc.
The only thing "Tuff" about the advertised Tuffmat dog beds is the tough realization that I paid $250 for something comparable at City Farmers for $110. I've been a professional dog handler for over ten years three of those with the Australian Army and I have 4 dogs currently so trust me when I say
I've purchased and used my fair share of dog beds at home and on exercise. Given the much higher price and that they were made locally I assumed the quality of the Tuffmat would have been much better than pervious cheaper dog beds I have used before. Embarrassing to say I was very wrong, quicker than any other bed I had purchased it was destroyed within an hour (next nearest being a week which City Farmers honored a refund).
Upon unpacking it it already felt cheap and I had feelings of buyer remorse seeing as I waited 3 weeks for this to arrive. The materials felt no different to others I had brought before and the stitching seemed average, though I didn't want to be too quick to judge I gave it a chance before refunding/returning it. I was wrong once again and should have gone with my gut and refunded it before my dog easily destroyed it. Disappointingly I thought better of the product and gave it too much credit. I don't expect the bed to be indestructible but the ease in which it came apart was laughable.
Eric built a deck for me and supplied Ekodeck for top decking. He gave me 7 years of warranty for the materials, even though Ekodeck has 10 years manufacturer's warranty. The "Ekodeck" turned out to be cheap fake and started cracking few years after the installation. The structure he built was of very poor quality. He refused to repair and honor the warranty. Soon after he liquidated his company and started an new one using the same building license (274986C). The license number is no longer
active and there was expired tribunal order against him. He continues to operate without the license. Stay away.
The pharmacists use to be nicer and had better customer service. Now he's become old and crabby, just not caring anymore about anyone. Really sad to see a pharmacy that our whole family and friends went to and now after being treated like second class citizens and telling them about our experience, we've all agreed to find another pharmacy to go to.
Aneesh walked us through right from the initial application to the unconditional approval. His services are just amazing. He is very approachable and always present the best and honest opinion and very proactive. His representation of our application to the Bank is commendable. At one point of time i caught with some other priorities but i was confident as he was looking after my application. The best part is he takes you along throughout the journey but will not let you feel any kind of pressure
on yourself. Thank you Aneesh for looking after us. I highly recommend him and wish him all the very best in future.
Very rude staff, I was asked for the digital Id, and I showed it to them, they asked me where my photo is, I showed them my passport details and visa copies that got my digital id verified and they were still asking me for the photo. I said last time I picked up like this and no body asked me for my photo, just my digital id worked and the staff said No and they just ganged up, basically wanted to argue and made me feel like a liar. Lastly I clicked my photo right there and uploaded and
they said now it works. Ridiculous, if it was that simple why argue or speak harshly when you can solve it in a matter of seconds. I still don’t get if my digital id says verified why would I still require a photo. Anyways, the server name was Sugam, and he is very rude! my whole morning got ruined and I was upset the entire day. Very bad customer service
