This hotel cafe is the reason why locals do not bother with big hotels.. because they treat you like a tourist! Sat down, ordered drinks, coffee & a pizza to share, waited nearly an hour only to find out the pizza order wasn’t put through. Basically no apology, almost suggested we hadn’t ordered it which was a slap in the face reply. No attempt to rectify the problem & quite frankly the staff here do not give a damn!
