Just completed the 12 day body transformation program with fantastic results. The program was supported with an easy to follow meal plan, helpful and productive coaching sessions, excellent pre-prepared meals, and regular check-ins from the team to help me along the way. I have smashed my personal goals that I set, and created a new approach to my meals that will ensure my results are sustainable.

Just after lockdown John from Plant based life offered a 21 day Wholefood Plant Based Challenge. I took him up on this. What I learnt. I learnt to cook with new ingredients. I was provided with a 7 day meal chart to follow. Really enjoyed it. Meals were delicious and extremely healthy. I started doing Pilates for the first time. Gee I felt it. ich I really enjoyed this and I still meditate and have really noticed a difference. Oh yeah I’m still doing Pilates and still prepping my meals. I have come out of this healthier, stronger and fitter. My mindset has also changed with more gratitude in my life. Thank you John for looking after me.
