Staff are rude. Equipment is old. Overpriced for what’s on offer. Cancelled my membership within cooling off period and the still had the ordacity to charge me a months membership. I’m in one of their competitors gyms annd paying more but very happy. With friendly service and modern amenities.
So sick of being ignored while waiting in line to deliver a prescription……. a friendly, “Hi…. “Won’t be long” is enough to relieve customers tension …. Instead to be greeted by no eye contact or a simple “ Sorry for wait, we won’t be to long” is all it takes to de-stress waiting customers, its quite rude to not acknowledge customers……….will never enter this shop again, the discounts are not worth the stress.

A couple of weeks later I finally get a call to pick up the fridge, they tell me there is no leak and they can not find a fault. I ask if the seal has been replaced and the business owner (who called me) knows nothing about it. Says he will get that changed. This takes another couple of weeks.
I return to pick up the fridge and the seal is half fitted as if the tech has started then got bored and walked off. It's a friday afternoon and I express my dismay at this. I am told it will be fixed the next day and delivered to me. This doies not happen so I call Monday. I am told to wait for a call to let me know when the seal is installed. This takes another week. When I arrive to pickup the fridge again I notice there is still a 5mm gap between the fridge and the seal. The tech tells me that this is because the door is bowed and it can never seal. He knew this when they sold me the fridge. Immediately I request a refund but am told that because I bought it at a discount I won't be receving one.
DMIRS have been informed and 2 months later I have recevied a settlement. Please please please don't give this joke of a business your money.
Don’t take your vehicle here for an inspection. When first entering the store you feel welcomed and special, all staff was very professional and kind with helping when picking the dress you want. Thought I’d support a new business in the area. Ordered 2x takeaway dishes Linguine alla marinara @ $29.00 ea from Pizzeria Da Leo in Morley. They came in two small take away containers and were 2/3rds full. When I commented on the small amount in the small containers for $58 and how they wouldn’t fill two people I was told that it isn’t about quantity but quality/taste. Extremely disappointing cut and colour, which required a number of subsequent appointments to "fix".
Initially the foils were not left on long enough. There were stands which were blonde on the ends, orange in the middle and hardly lifted at the root. The all over colour was extremely brassy.
They attempted to fix this by using more bleach. Some sections white and others were yellow, the sections were thick, did not blend and the locations of them had absolutely no purpose.

Grants initially installed a Kenwood stereo.
However after a period of time, i heard a rattle behind the dashboard and the reverse camera stopped working, and the radio channels changed upon engaging reverse.
I received a quote of $500 from another company but decided to go back Grants..
Grants not only fixed discovered the problem, but replaced the faulty switch and fuse in no time..
The best thing is that there was no charge.

Someone at Hertz decided to blatantly rip off people that work hard to line their own pockets. You should be ashamed of yourselves. This made an already unpleasant trip ten times worse.
I found Trent the operator working at the Vertex site to be incredibly polite and very helpful when I spoke to him whilst he was working behind my boundary fence on my property in Yanchep.
He can perform a basic oil change but anything more is beyond him. Not great to deal with if there is an issue with his workmanship. Do not take 4wds to him and good luck getting any warranty on his work once money has changed hands. Avoid unless its a basic oil change. Worst mechanic to deal with

to do considering I was booked in for the injection via ultra sound in two days time and could not get in for an X ray and Ultra sound any earlier as Ivan had requested. I called the podiatrist who told me that its a waist of time sending you to get an ultra sound and x ray because the issue being entrapment of the Baxters nerve will not show up. He eliminated other possibilities like planta fasciitis as I thought it was with exercise testing.
I sent Ivan the referral from the podiatrist as he requested and never heard back from him.
Soo out of pocket more money from the appointment and no referral.
He was happy to prescribe me (Celecoxib is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug) and Pregabalin (nerve pain relief also used as an anti-epileptic drug)
I didn't want drugs with a lot of side affects I wanted a referral !!!

For what they charge vs provide, workouts were very average, my feedbacks barely get implemented for further training. The owner couple seem very unprofessional and boarderline rude.
An excellent gym with state-of-the-art equipment beyond anything a regular commercial gym has and rivals what other performance-focused gyms have. Gym goers are like-minded and supportive with a strong sense of community (without the ego and BS that comes with regular commercial gyms). A 24hrs access option is also available which is a bonus.
